You will also explore surface treatments with texture, glazes and colored slips. Please note, we do not teachwheel technique in this course, but we encourage students with such skills to incorporate thrown work with hand-built. Participants will have the opportunity to experiment with clay as the instructor introduces a variety of hand- building techniques. Candle Holders You will create beautiful candle holders using slabs of clay and cut-outs then paint it with colored clay.
